TableTap is a technology platform operated by Table Tap Solutions Ltd that provides restaurants and food-service businesses with digital menus, QR ordering, customer-order functionality, restaurant management tools, and related technology services.

Where a restaurant determines why and how its customers' personal information is processed and TableTap processes that information on behalf of the restaurant, the restaurant may act as the data controller and Table Tap Solutions Ltd may act as a data processor.

Depending on how you interact with TableTap, we may collect the following categories of personal information.
When a restaurant creates or manages a TableTap account, we may collect:
restaurant name;
owner's or authorised representative's name;
email address;
telephone number;
business address;
login credentials;
subscription information;
account preferences;
business and operational information; and
information required to verify or support the account.
When customers interact with a restaurant through TableTap, we may process information such as:
name;
telephone number;
email address, where provided;
table or seating information;
order details;
order history;
special instructions;
transaction reference information; and
other information voluntarily provided by the customer.
Table Tap Solutions Ltd may collect information relating to payments made for TableTap subscription services.
Where a restaurant independently configures an online payment provider for customer orders, the customer's payment is processed through the restaurant's selected payment provider.
Table Tap Solutions Ltd does not ordinarily receive or store customers' full card details, PINs, passwords, or banking credentials from those transactions.
Restaurants are responsible for their relationship with their selected payment provider and should provide customers with any additional privacy information required by that provider.
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

device type;
operating system;
approximate location information;
pages or features accessed;
date and time of access;
referral information;
diagnostic information; and
other technical or usage information.

provide and operate the TableTap Platform;
process TableTap subscription payments;

Table Tap Solutions Ltd will process such information for legitimate purposes connected with providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the applicable services, subject to our agreement with the restaurant and applicable law.
Where applicable, Table Tap Solutions Ltd may act as a data processor on behalf of a restaurant, while the restaurant acts as the data controller.
The respective responsibilities of the parties may be set out in a separate Data Processing Agreement or other applicable agreement.
We may share personal information with trusted third parties where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide the Platform.
These parties may include:
hosting and cloud-service providers;
payment and billing providers;
email and communication providers;
analytics and technology providers;
customer-support providers;
security providers;
professional advisers;
regulators or government authorities where legally required; and
other service providers acting on our instructions.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Table Tap Solutions Ltd may use third-party providers to process TableTap subscription payments.
Restaurants may separately use payment providers, including Paystack or other providers, to process payments from their customers.
Where a restaurant uses a third-party payment provider, that provider may independently collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Table Tap Solutions Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment providers.
Some of our service providers may process or store information outside Nigeria.
Where personal information is transferred outside Nigeria, Table Tap Solutions Ltd will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.
